Al Brodie

Al Brodie is a Principal Solution Manager for TrueSight Orchestrator. Al has recently joined BMC Software after a lengthy career in Sales, Sales Management and Marketing in both the IT and Telecom industry.

Alan Warhurst

Alan Warhurst has been in the IT industry for 20 years and at BMC since 2014. He is currently a Senior Manager Product Management in the ZSO organization responsible for the Storage Management products as well as future strategy and direction. He also has special responsibility for the Mainframe Executive Council and BMC's Annual Mainframe Survey.

Alan previously spent many years working in the logistics industry in a variety of roles, including System’s Programmer, Data Center Manager, Head of Application Platform Support and Infrastructure Architect.

Alden Globe

Alden Globe (Steamboat Springs, CO) is a BMC Value Engineer who works with global business customers, matching business needs to technology solutions for data centers, cloud initiatives, and IT service management. Alden created the world’s first online magazine, reimagined electronic navigation for commercial airline pilots and dispatchers, and is a Laureate of the ComputerWorld Smithsonian Awards. He has experience working in many industries, often focused on speeding access to critical information via technologies that improve the productivity of office workers, IT staff, and software developers.

Allison Cramer

Allison Cramer joined BMC in 2015 and serves as Senior Director and Head of Strategic Marketing & Thought Leadership. Prior to BMC, Allison was Director of Product Marketing for Continuous Delivery at CA Technologies playing a lead role in DevOps. Before joining CA, Allison held leadership positions at Dell and Cummins.

She began her career in the consulting industry with Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint with a focus on Federal Government. Allison earned her MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and has a BSBA in International Business from American University. She is also very involved with Girl Scouts of America and Autism Awareness.

Alon Lebenthal

Alon Lebenthal is a Senior Manager in the Digital Business Automation Solutions Marketing in BMC Software. Alon has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, joining BMC Software in 1999 with the acquisition of New Dimension Software.

In the past 20 years Alon served in various leadership positions in the Control-M Brand Management, Channels and Solutions Marketing.

Alon is a regular speaker in Big Data conferences and BMC events around the world.

Amit Bhatia

Amit Bhatia is the Director of Procurement and heads the procurement team in India. He manages the NEL (Non-Employee Labour), Finance and Legal Categories globally. He has been driving the procurement team to excellence globally with his able leadership and technical skills. He has always supported his team and improved the process for a better end to end experience for the stakeholders.

Andrew McCall

Andy McCall, Director Product Development, is responsible for all R&D for BMC Discovery and BMC Helix Client Management. Based out of London UK, Andy has 16 years of experience in enterprise software development and came to BMC as a part of the acquisition of Tideway Systems. With a background in QA he has been working in the discovery space since 2004 with previous experience in OSS.

Andy Laredo

Andy has worked as a Db2 product architect, and more recently in sales, for over 35 years.

As an architect/developer he built DB-Delivery for DB2, in the early 90’s, a Db2 administration product which was sold and marketed by Goal Systems and then Legent Corp. DB-Delivery had an integrated Db2 table editor, Catalog navigation, DDL generation/execution, utility JCL generation, object alteration/compare and a plan analyzer. It has since been deprecated.

At BMC, since 2000, Andy has worked in the Northeast and Southeast markets as a Software Consultant, calling on BMC customers. While at BMC he managed their Db2 Sales Demo environment and fully automated the ISR maintenance pull and the maintenance deployment. This automation runs monthly and has kept the demo system right up to date for the last 18 months. This has used custom code and many new features of z/OS.

Anne Hoelscher

Anne Hoelscher, R&D Product Line Manager for Db2 Utilities at BMC, has 30 years’ experience in Db2 starting with Db2 v1.2. Anne has held various roles from Product Developer, QA Manager, and IBM Vendor Liaison, to Executive Vice President at CDB Software. Anne joined BMC through the CDB acquisition in 2015 and has led the Development group for Db2 ever since. Anne holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Dallas.

Anthony Bryce

Anthony has 20 years of experience in the IT Service Management space working in a variety of roles from software consultant to solutions architect. For the last 10 years, he has been focused on product management and marketing, working on strategic projects, delivering detailed market analysis, and identifying new product opportunities and bringing them to market.

Antonio Vargas

Antonio Vargas is a Principal Product Manager for BMC Helix Discovery. In this role, Antonio is responsible for gathering requirements and feedback from customers, sales, engineering, support, and R&D to shape future releases of BMC Helix Discovery. Antonio joined in January 2016 and was previously a customer of BMC Software. He has a wealth of experience with BMC Helix Discovery deploying over 600+ App Models and discovering consistently 95+% of infrastructure (Servers, Network Devices, etc.) for his previous company. He is also a subject matter expert in the BMC Atrium CMDB, with 28 service models configured and integrated to monitoring, SIEM, analytics, DevOps, asset management, and portfolio management solutions.

Ayman Sayed

Ayman Sayed was named president and chief executive officer of BMC Software, Inc., in October 2019.

Prior to joining BMC, Ayman was president and chief product officer of CA Technologies, a $4.25 billion Fortune 500 company, where he was responsible for the vision, strategy, and development of their portfolio of products and solutions. During his tenure, he led a significant transformation of CA into higher-growth businesses including infrastructure software management, security, automation, and DevOps.

Ayman previously served as senior vice president at Cisco Systems where he led the Network Operating System Technology Group, responsible for the software on which nearly every Cisco networking product runs. He helped Cisco pioneer the programmable networks arena and drove innovation broadly across networking software, which enabled the evolution of the intelligent network to support application awareness and the Internet of Things.

Ayman holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cairo University.

Basil Faruqui

Basil joined BMC in 2003 and has worked in several different technical and management roles within Control-M and Remedy product lines. He is currently working as a Principal Solutions Marketing manager for Control-M where his areas of focus include DevOps, big data and cloud. Basil has an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston. He has more than 15 years’ experience in technology that spans Software Development, Customer Support, Marketing, Business Planning and Knowledge Management.

Bianca Buckridee

Bianca Buckridee is a solutions marketing manager at BMC, where she is responsible for developing marketing strategy and messaging for Digital Workplace, Digital Service, and the BMC Chatbot. Buckridee previously led Social Media Operations at JPMorgan Chase and SunTrust, where she pioneered new customer service experiences and built the operational and technological model to interact with customers via Twitter and Facebook. In addition to building a social media command center, she created a new cross line of business data intelligence model to gather voice of the customer reporting. She’s also taught kindergarten and third grade proving there is no challenge she won’t accept.

Bill Miller

Bill Miller is President of BMC’s ZSolutions business, which produces and sells an industry-leading suite of mainframe solutions including Cost Analyzer, Subsystem Optimizer and Intelligent Capping products for zEnterprise, as well as Data Management for both DB2 and IMS, and MainView.

Previously, Bill was COO at BindView Development, and he spent 21 years at IBM. Bill is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Bill Sager

Bill Talbot

Bill Talbot is a Vice President of Solutions Marketing at BMC Software. He has nearly 20 years of B-to-B marketing, sales, and business development experience. Prior to BMC, Talbot worked at CA Technologies where he ran product marketing for both the Cloud and Service Assurance business units. He also founded VIA Consulting, a marketing services firm that helped high tech businesses transition from being product-centric to customer-focused. Talbot has held senior marketing and business development roles at Uplogix, GoldenGate Software (Oracle), and Evolutionary Technologies. In his spare time Talbot enjoys being outdoors, live music, and chasing around his two red-headed, rambunctious boys.

Blaine Bryant

Blaine Bryant, Senior Director, IS&T Services Governance is responsible for all aspects of service management and financial performance for BMC Software’s IT organization. Mr. Bryant has over 20 years of leadership experience running IT operations and governance in software, financial services, and consulting services industries. Mr. Bryant is an ITILv3 Expert, possesses a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), is a TOGAF9 certified Enterprise Architect, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Prior to joining BMC Software, Mr. Bryant was Vice President of IT Operations for Lender Processing Services – RealEC technology platform, which transacts all mortgage loan origination product orders for 90% of the banks in the United States. Prior to joining Lender Processing Services, Mr. Bryant served as Senior Vice President and Director, IT Operations for Franklin Bank responsible for all aspects of
the Bank’s IT operations. Prior to joining Franklin Bank, Mr. Bryant served as the Global Infrastructure Director for Resolution Performance Products LLP, a coatings industry leader and a spin-off of Shell Chemical. While at RPP, Mr. Bryant managed a global IT organization operating over thirty locations in twelve countries.

Mr. Bryant completed the CIO Institute program at the University of Texas in 2013. He completed his Masters of Business Administration in 2005 at the University of Phoenix - Houston Campus, where he graduated at the top of his class. Mr. Bryant completed his Bachelors of Business Administration at Texas A & M University where he specialized in Business Analysis and Management Information Systems.

Mr. Bryant lives in Katy, Texas with his wife and two sons. He enjoys traveling, cooking, and endurance road cycling.

Bob Yee

Bob has been programming, designing, developing and managing mainframe projects for the IBM Z since 1970. Bob has performed virtually every function within Technology over the years: Abend-AID development manager, support and maintenance management, developer of new products, beta management, product management and 3rd party technical relationships to name a few. Chad Reiber

In 1983 Chad Reiber started in IT with AT&T as a developer of data generator software. From there he moved into the database arena as a database administrator for IMS, IDMS, and DB2. Chad has been working with DB2 since 1987. Chad began working for BMC Software in 1997 as a Software Consultant and primarily supports all aspects of BMC’s Mainframe products for the Northeast DB2 community.

Criss Scruggs

Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing
With more than 19 years in technology product marketing and management, Criss Scruggs currently drives outbound marketing programs for Digital Business Automation including Big Data and DevOps initiatives at BMC. Additional areas of focus at BMC included solutions marketing for IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, and Mobile Device Management. Prior to BMC, Scruggs spent several years with other IT organizations focused on Systems and Applications Performance Management, VMware Management, and VoIP/Unified Communications Management businesses and several years in product management with Compaq/HP. Dan Hooper

Dan Hooper is the Practice Director and Lead Architect for BMC Customer Success in APAC. In this role, he directs enhancements to BMC Customer Success practices as well as assists customers with road mapping ' the art of the possible' with their current maturity levels and business requirements. Dan has over 20 years of IT operations and nine years of BMC toolset experience. Having built and operated data centres as well as composed the teams necessary to run them, he has unique insight in the usage of BMC technology to assist with broader multi-platform solutions. Dan’s expertise was cultivated through his passion for automation and ensuring that operations activities are simplified.

Dave Kartzman

David Cramer

David Cramer joined BMC in 2015 and serves as Vice President of Product Management for the Cloud/DCA business unit. Prior to BMC, David was head of product management for CA Technologies. During his tenure at CA, David was responsible for application delivery, cloud management, virtualization and Infrastructure automation solutions. David Schipper

Dave Schipper is a lead product manager at BMC Software responsible for the BMC Subsystem Analyzer for zEnterprise (Subzero) and the BMC Database Solutions for IMS. As product manager, Dave works with customers to understand their needs and uses that information to set product directions and prioritize new product capabilities as he interfaces with the development teams. Dave has over 30 years of experience with mainframe systems and has been in product management for over 20 years.

Dave has Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the University of Michigan as well as a Master of Science in Computer, Information and Control Engineering from the University of Michigan.

David Schmidt

David Schmidt is a Principal Solutions Marketing Manager responsible for Cognitive technologies and Enterprise ITSM solutions. As part of the BMC Digital Service and Operations Management organization, Dave brings over 20 years of high tech marketing experience in delivering customer-driven, compelling solutions to the worldwide market. Deepa Bhat

Deepa Bhat holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Goa College of Engineering. She embraces changes fearlessly and strongly believes that “Where there’s a will, there’s a way”. In the past, she’s worn the hat of a hardware engineer, lecturer, instructional designer, and technical writer. Currently, she works as a senior UX designer in the Digital Service Operations vertical at BMC. A mother of a teenager, she is a sports enthusiast by heart and loves cooking.

DiAnna Huntsman

DiAnna Huntsman is the North American Practice Lead for BMC’s Applications Managed Services. In this role, she is responsible for developing practice delivery strategies, methodologies, scoping, enablement, corporate alignment, and service offerings.

DiAnna has over 25-years’ experience in operations as well as 14-years of global managed service and service delivery experience spanning the financial services and tech industries. Her primary expertise is leading managed services teams and building service delivery capabilities to achieve best-in-class service and enhanced performance. She has worked in most phases of the application lifecycle, from concept and requirements, to deployment and support, with emphasis in ongoing support and service.

Prior to BMC, DiAnna served as Principal and Global Services Delivery Manager for Microsoft’s Advertising Operations business and leading the Global Helpdesk supporting Microsoft’s Enterprise business processing platform. Earlier in her career, DiAnna spent 23 years in the Financial Services industry running credit card operations for Citibank and Toyota Financial Services. DiAnna holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, is ITIL® Foundations Certified, is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and Master Kaizen Coach.

Dirk Braune

Dirk Braune is Director Education Development for BMC Software responsible for course offering strategy and definition as well as the complete development of all education contents. Before BMC, Dirk was responsible for PTC University EMEA including all sales, deliveries and operations of the company’s education business (PTC is a CAD and process software vendor).

Prior to PTC, Dirk led the overall learning portfolio for Alcatel-Lucent with 4,000+ courses, the training pricing plus all customized deliveries. While at Alcatel-Lucent, he led the customer training as Director for Alcatel-Lucent and later was named Vice President for learning development and strategy of the Enterprise Division of Alcatel-Lucent.

In his 13 years for Genesys (a contact center software vendor), Dirk was VP of Genesys University for five years and sat on the global education team. His earlier work at Genesys also included the management of the German and European training teams.

Over his 20-year career in the IT and learning industry, Dirk has worked with and in international companies and teams as project manager, instructor and manager, including subsidiaries of Siemens and HypoVereinsbank/UniCredit.

Dirk has also served on the CEdMA Board of Trustees for several years as Programs and Services Trustee.
Dirk holds a Master in Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.

Donna Hill

Assistant Director, Service, Configuration and Continuity Management, George Washington University

Donna Hill possess more than 11 years of managerial and leadership experience in higher education. Within her higher education experiences, she has managed operational support units, customer service and support centers and planned and implemented classroom and administrative systems planning, support and upgrades. She successfully delivered several BMC Remedy ITSM projects including major version upgrades, transitioning from on-premise to Remedy OnDemand, implementing BMC Discovery to extend GW’s CMDB, implementing Digital Workplace and SmartIT, guiding transition from a standalone to Remedy ITSM integrated Knowledge Base and piloting a virtual agent solution ‘Martha’ through Digital Workplace Advanced. Her education and experience also include: electronics engineering, marketing, finance, credit management, business operations, program management, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, change, configuration and information technology service management.

In her current role as Assistant Director of Service, Configuration & Continuity Management, Ms. Hill directs service management processes, support tools, organizational change and maturation as well as disaster recovery and business continuity planning for the Division of IT supported core administrative services at the George Washington University (GW). In execution of her duties and leadership, Ms. Hill promotes staff development and mentoring, as well as nurturing a culture of organizational change, accountability and operational excellence within the Division of IT Service and Contracts management team. Ms. Hill holds an AAS in Electronics Engineering, a Bachelor in Business Administration and is a current Masters of Business Administration candidate.

Flora Tramontano Guerritore

Flora Tramontano Guerritore, Lead Solution Marketing Manager at BMC in Rome, Italy, drives Solution Marketing efforts for solution messages and positioning, products, sales plays, and use cases that support the Digital Business Automation marketing program. With deep domain expertise and staying current on key industry trends and hot topics, Flora applies her mindset to understand customer goals and the value they can derive from Digital Business Automation solutions. Gabe Geller

Gabe is the Solutions Marketing Manager for BMC’s Digital Business Automation division. He manages the development of marketing content, event execution, and customer reference and AR/PR activities. Gabe has over ten years of experience in marketing and communications for a variety of industries and is a graduate of Lamar University.

Gary Bersh

Gary Bersh is a Senior Education Services Manager at BMC Software, Inc. As part of the Customer Success organization, Gary partners with customers to develop education programs that support successful implementations and long-term sustainment of BMC solutions.

Gary has over 20 years of experience in consulting with Fortune 1000 companies on how to best leverage learning technology and design to help achieve business objectives. His prior roles were with leading enterprise software companies including as BEA Systems and Oracle. In addition, Gary helped build sales teams for a variety of learning technology startups.

Gary holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Michigan State University and a Masters of Adult Education from National Louis University.

George Kaempf

George Kaempf joined BMC in 2012 with the charter to drive BMC’s transformation to a user-focused company delivering world-class User Experiences for our product lines. George Leads the UX program at BMC leading design projects grounded in extensive user research and testing for high-priority products. His passion lies in making our users’ lives better by delivering effective and engaging products and creating value for the business by delivering value to our users. He brings more than 25 years of experience to BMC with a breadth of understanding in consumer software products and enterprise software as well as IT.

Gianni Stella

Gianni Stella is a BMC consultant with more than 15 years of experience with BMC’s products. He joined the company in 2012 and helps clients across diverse industries including Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, and Pharmaceutical as well as Italian government agencies. As part of the ITSM consulting practice, Gianni delivers services on various client projects in South Central Europe helping customers to deploy, maintain and upgrade BMC solutions. Glenn Everitt joined BMC as part of the Compuware acquisition and is now working with AI/ML Operations Monitoring Products as a Principal Product Manager. Prior to Compuware he was the Chief Architect of a startup company’s core application acquired by Compuware. Glenn has architected products that run on Mobile, Windows, Linux and Mainframe platforms. He is actively involved in technical due diligence and patent review for BMC.

Grant McDonald

Grant is an Information Security veteran whose career has spanned numerous technologies including Endpoint, Web, Server, Cloud and Data Security. At BMC his focus is helping large enterprises integrate mainframes into their security strategies.

Greg Bukowski

Greg Bukowski, Strategic CTO, helps customers understand how BMC’s technology solutions drive their business initiatives. Greg began his career as a Java architect and business analyst at Northern Trust, and then continued at Solstice and HomeDirectUSA before joining BMC Software in 2010. He has held positions as technology solutions director and advisory architect, and specializes in cloud computing, runbook and datacenter automation, APM, application discovery and resiliency, and DevOps. Greg received his BS in computer engineering at University of Notre Dame and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Guy Eden

Guy Eden is responsible for product management for the Digital Business Automation product line, joining BMC in 2018. Prior to BMC, Guy was VP Product Management at the financial markets infrastructure provider Traiana, now owned by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and before that Head of Product Management at the London Stock Exchange, where he grew the Exchange’s UnaVista service from its infancy. Many of Guy’s previous roles were at SunGard (now FIS), including Solutions Director, responsible for inbound and outbound product management, and Global Customer Support Manager, with responsibility for keeping customers’ mission critical financial messaging systems running 24x7 globally.

Raphaël Chauvel is a Director of Product Management at BMC Software and has 20 years of experience in developing and marketing products in the areas of Data Center Discovery, IT Service Management, and Client Management. Raphaël is currently leading product management for BMC Atrium CMDB, BMC Helix Discovery, and BMC Helix Client Management. His team focuses on managing product strategy, ensuring product lifecycle aligns with customer and business needs, and that BMC and partners are enabled to these products. He joined BMC in February 2012 with the acquisition of Numara Software and currently resides in France.

Robby Dick

Robby joined BMC Software in the summer of 1999 and has been involved with automation since 1995 in a variety of roles including: end-user, administrator, pre-sales consulting and marketing. For the past 7 years his primary responsibility is talking about the current and future state of automation and how Control-M can help deliver applications, and the business services they support, faster. Prior to 1995 Robby was a UNIX systems administrator in the Chicago area at companies in the energy, financial services and manufacturing industries. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL, and resides in northwest Alabama with his wife and 4 children.

Robert Blackhall

Robert Blackhall, Product Development Architect for IMS System Administration products, has been with BMC since 1996, where he developed the Message Advisor for IMS and the AMI Data Extractor for IMS products. Before joining BMC, Robert supported IMS and other systems software at a telecommunications company for 16 years. Robert holds a BS in Computer Science from Wichita State University and a Masters in Management from Webster University. In his free time Robert is a cantor at his church and works with the Boy Scouts of America.

Robert Neave

Robert Neave is a Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Management at Nlyte Software. As a co-founder, Robert co-developed Nlyte, our industry-leading data center infrastructure management (DCIM) suite to address a need for solutions to help data centers make informed decisions for the planning and effective management of their assets and infrastructure. As Chief Technology Officer, Robert is responsible for developing new technology for Nlyte. As Vice President of Product Management, Robert is responsible for setting and driving product strategy.

Roberto Cason

About 30 year of DB2 for z/OS experience working with customers in Italy. Over then 25 years of experience as System programmer and DBA in an outsourcing company for Banks and Financial Institutes where he was responsible for the design, maintenance, and performance tuning. I covered all the technical Db2 issues on both system and database administration side. I also contributed in several internal projects , the last one was an internal implementation of a BIG Data solution based on IBM platform. In 2016, I joined BMC’s data management team as software consultant where I can assists customers to install, implement and educate BMC Software for Db2 solutions.

Saurabh Pandey

Saurabh has 14 years of experience in mainframes, Db2 for z/OS administration, managing product development, quality assurance, SQL Performance and team/people management. Scott Crowder

Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Scott Crowder is chief information officer for BMC Software, Inc. He is responsible for the company’s Information Services and Technology (IS&T) group, which provides business applications, end user support, production and R&D cloud infrastructure, unified communications, information security and service governance.

The IS&T group serves as “Customer Zero” for BMC’s full line of IT operations management software. As Customer Zero, the IS&T group runs all current versions in production and also works closely with the company’s R&D teams to provide feedback on product roadmaps and test new versions in development.

Scott has more than 30 years of experience in product development, service delivery and assurance for information technology organizations. Prior to joining BMC, Scott was vice president of data center operations at Blackbaud where he was responsible for delivering managed services, SaaS CRM, CMS and eCommerce services for approximately 12,000 customers. Previously, he held IT leadership positions in high technology companies that included Sprint, Akamai, Inktomi, MIH (Entriq) and Kintera.

Scott holds two patents related to digital media. He is a veteran of the U.S Air Force.

Serena Lambiase

Serena Lambiase is currently the Lead Product Manager for BMC Helix Client Management. In this role, she builds and manages the product backlog and roadmap based on corporate strategy and input from customers, partners, and industry analysts.

Ms. Lambiase has worked with service management software since 2001, when she started with Network Associates. Prior to this, she built her experience around the sales and marketing of technology products at companies such as Lucent Technologies and Dell Computer Corporation.

Zach Warren
